    Major,

    Is it possible that my SVCD is appx 1 second behind because there is not "Drop Frame" control built into this release of ffMpeg ? Usually pulldown allows for a drop frame correct ?

    PAL sources behave well in 0.0.4b. NTSC FILM pulled down need still improvement.
