1). Open DVD Decrypter and go to Tools->Settings. Make sure you set it to just rip angle 1 like the below picture.
Why should it be used?.
And if you make a full rip of a DVD that have multi-angles
and you by mistake still leave this setting on.
(as it will be on everytime untill you go back to the tool menu)
What will happend if you had a 2angle movie when you did the backup?

For simplicity. If you want to experiment with multi-angle movies, then have fun
I was just providing a simple means of backing up the "main" movie, which only needs angle 1.
Also, if you perform the strip and find that the movie is still too big, you can then start transcoding and not have to worry about multi-angle complications.
