I tried with TMPGP, but they dont let you choose this frame Rate.

I need to know as well. Don`t know whats the best solution. I was it for pal format, but don`t a good solution. Know how to convert films from 23.9 to 25 but 20?? I`m stuck.

only way i know how to do this so it looks ok is import the avi into either After effects, premier, fusion , shake , rayz or speed razor and do a time stretch to X% to = 30 (if ntsc) and if source was interlaced. or X% to = 25 if u are pal system or 24 if source was progressive ...
