    i have downloaded three kings in avi/divx format. when i try to open in tmpgenc it says "cannot open or unsupported." ive tried with other dvd rips and it doesnt work. ive also tried with smaller cam movies and its fine. also for some reason Nero and WMP thinks the dvd rips are longer than they really are (its hour and a half but WMP thinks its 14.5 hours) any ideas? my final goal is to get the movie on SVCD.

    nevermind i got it working by increasing the priority of the directshow plugin thx tho
