i found out that u can let nero to encode ur videos to vcd and scvd

i treid scvd , and it takes sooooooooo long
so wats up wit tmpgenc, does it give betta graphic or wat??

Yes. When in doubt, use the specialized tool. Nero doesn't match ie TMPGEnc neither in speed nor in quality (and definately not in flexibility). And VCDEasy does (in my opinion) a far better job than Nero when it comes to authoring a (S)(X)VCD. Again, the specialized tool outperforms the generalist. Not taking into account that TMPGEnc and VCDEasy are for free...

Mats is correct...You can't beat a combination of ..Virtualdub,TMPGE and VCDEASY.
