    what is the best program to burn vcd (burn only no convert and burn program!!!!!!!!) 8)

    NERO rocks!!! especially the menu feature when making 30 min episodes on discs.

    Nero's menu authoring is both buggy and extremely limited.

    I strongly suggest that you use something else if you are really interested in making menus (e.g., VCDImager +/- GUI like VCDEasy).

    As for "burning" VCDs, VCDs must be authored first... As such, for simple multitrack VCDs, Nero is fine. For anything else, I suggest that you look at something better (e.g., VCDEasy).
