How do I burn a VCD (MPEG)?

I recently downloaded INSOMNIA from a site on the INTERNET. However, it is a VCD (MPEG) and I can view/watch this movie on my computer screen, but my question is HOW DO I BURN THIS TYPE TO A CD?

use nero or vcdeasy or any of these apps:

Thanks for your reply Baldrick. However, I followed the steps using NERO and when I went to play it in my APEX DVD PLAYER it said "NO DISC" but when I checked the disc on my computer all it lists are lots of folders.

Any clue as to why this may have happened????
