I think that is the one I have not sure about the 5564 part. But for vcd capture in realtime it is pretty good. I didnt have anyluck with avi captures at all and could be my setting but only used it for realtime captures in mpeg2 or mpeg1 it works pretty good. I recently bought a
ATI 8500dv and isnt as good in realtime mpeg recording but with some different drivers it will work good with avi captures. Good Luck hope this helps
