Ok I followed the DVD2DivX guide by Airtyghten and ripped the DVD no problem. I started the encoding when I left for work and when I came home it said finished. Except, the slider bar was not at the end and the frame it was showing was not at the end of the movie (Lord of The Rings)
I am putting this on to 2 700mb CD-R's. I figured since I am going to have to use 2 cd's why not make them high quality.
I used a Divx4 calculator, put in all the info (2 700mb cd's, 178minutes, 160 kbps audio) and it said to encode at 940 kbps. Now the file is on my desktop as Lord of the Rings.01 it won't play and there is no information for it under properties. What did I do wrong?
