capturing with HUFFYUV

i capture AVI with a FAST AV Master. this card does not allow capturing with lossless codecs like HUFFYUV. I have to use the FAST driver that came with the card.
can someone please give me advice on buying a new card that gives good quality with capturing from HI8 tapes?

Its cheap and, some say, nasty - but I've had great results using the ATI TV Wonder card. Retails for about £40 in the UK. So, what's that, $60.

I use it all the time for getting my HI8 tapes on to VCD/SVCD. I use HUFFY for the capture.
