What is the best CD-R???

I want to know, what is the best CD-R to burn a VCD???
Beacause I´m having problems with audio sync, and I think the CD-R is the probloem!!

Cool. The mini TDKs that I bought are Ritek, but the regular sized TDKs are Taiyo Yuden.
