hi...
i'm trying to run the .dat file thru windows media payer 7 but it juss wont work. im extremely new to this...so could someone please comfort me with some advice....i'm pulling y hair out as we speak! whenever i try 2 run the .dat file it says sumthing around the likes of "invalid in this format". any pointers?

have you got a soft where dvd player as you need one for windows meaia player

Get a copy of power vcd - any edition, though 2.55 onwards is best or any other player, such as Xing or even I think G DIV X player plays them. Power dvd is best I think though I have probs running Fire wall software in background with it (sometimes and don't ask me why)
If you have/get a DV ROM you probably will get a software player bundled with it.
