Yes, it does hurt, when the first step in everything is "do your research." I'll bet next time Truman won't be so nice.

Everyone was a newbie once. It just seems like if you are going to:
1) read a forumn
2) choose to respond to a question
3) type a message
why say something negative?!? 60%+ of the messages here are the same repeated questions Plus he posted in the newbie group (yes I know it lists on the main page).

all i did was ask a question and he talked 2 me like i was a child of his.all i wanted was a simple answer.i dont want no trouble i think 99% of the people in here are cool.but like everything else there are a few thorns.sorry if i offended anyone.my bad
