  1. i have windows 98 se and i cant get any divx or avis to play but i do have sound i have tried every thing useing windows meda player 7 and real oneplayer i hope some one can help me

  2. I think you lack the necessary codecs. Search this site and find the link to the Nimo codepack, install it and try again.

    You can also use a program like Virtual Dub to check the encoding format of your movies. There's a proggy called "GSpot", I recommend you download that, too. It can list all the codecs installed on your machine and so you will know, if you're missing the one your AVI uses.

  3. I can tell you he has instaled the Nimo Codes 5.0 Build-5 didn't work.
    Tried Divx codes for windows Mediaplayer. Divx Alpha 3.11
    Tried avi divx codinstl1263 and he still has the problem.
