For no apparent reson, my DVD burner (Panasonic LFD-311) stopped reading DVD Ram discs. The same discs that played fine yesterday will not play today. I get a message that says: "Invalid directory has been encountered. Some content may be lost or inaccessible." and the video doesen't show. However, the drive still reads the disc's size correctly and it plays fine on my DMR-E20.
I called Panasonic, but their idea of tech support is an automated system that leads you to a full voice mail box. I'll think twice before I buy Panasonic again.
Anyway, I've tried everything including going into the BIOS and changing the hardware settings. I am running Windows2000PE. I am desperate for suggestions. Any help would be greatly apprecited.
Thanks.
