    I have converted a bin file to an iso file but question is do I need to convert the cue file to an iso file as well for it to work after I have burn the file to disc?

    you didnt have to convert anything .. just burn the cue/bin file with cdrwin or nero or prassi (select burn image -> select the cue file -> hit record)
