Created a standard SVCD using mpeg2enc/mediapipe.
When playing this one on my Pioneer, the quality is just fine, but in some
scenes with fast motion it seems itīs loosing frames.
(e.g. first the hand of someone would be on the shelf, next in his pocket, with no motion in the middle)

Does anyone feel like bringing some light into this affair :-) ?
