Problems!
I frameserve with VirtualDub, encode with TMPGEnc for VCD at a bitrate of 1500 (trying to maximize quality). When it comes to VCDImager to start its work, it says "Padding (hope that's OK with you)" and blows the resulting image up to about 100 MB extra, causing the resulting image not to fit on my CD.
I'm not sure, but this seems to be related to frame serving with VirtualDub - I'm using raw AVI, full processing audio.
What can I do to fix this?
