Hi
When I convert my divx --> svcd it seems like the svcd i playing in slowmotion or something. It isnt much, but you can still notice it.

another question is why the svcd picture sometimes "jumps" when I play it in my standalone dvd player. I encode with tmpgenc 2.58.

The only way a picture jumps on my dvd player is when i encode with too high a bitrate, try lowering it and see whats happens.
