    I have two mpeg2 files I'm trying to join with TMPGEnc and everytime I do the Audio gets desynced where the second file comes in. However separtly they play great with the audio in its place.

    This is a simple task with "real" video editng software.
    I suggest Ulead's VideoStudio 6.0
