say u find this in the directory:

    BLOOD.WORK.TS-FTF
    MARTIN.LAWRENCE.LIVE.RUNTELDAT.PROPER.TS-OBUS
now to get to see what blood work files there are:
    cd BLOOD.WORK.TS-FTF
then list or dir, and it will show you what files there are.
    ftf-bw1.bin 658 mb
    ftf-bw1.cue 0.12 kb
    ftf-bw2.bin 415 mb
    ftf-bw2.cue 0.12 kb
if you dont find anything you are interested in,
type cd.. to go back up one folder.

  6. ls
    will list the directory

Here's a tip - when changing directory (cd) highlight the name of the directory using your mouse (Windows users) and it will copy the name. Type :
    cd
with a space after it as Baldrick says, then press Ctrl + v to paste the directory.
