    how can i remove/repair freezing AVI frames from downloaded movies,
    as this is totally messing up my ecoding to Mpeg1,

    I would prefer to repair if poss,

    The only software i know is AVIDeFreezer, and this doesnt work at all,
    as anyone had better luck with avidefreezer, or can you recommend another way to repair frozen frames.

    ........please help.

    Send a message via ICQ to Tommyknocker Send a message via Yahoo to Tommyknocker
    Load the AVI file to VDub. Select Video-->Scan video stream for errors. Print out the error log. Go to first bad frame select Mark In. Move one frame down (">>"), select Mark Out. Press the delete key. Continue until all your bad frames are deleted. Save the file.

    i delete the frame in vdub , but when i try and save the file it still says the frame is there, so wont save

    how do i do it ?
