    I have a Videofile with Audio Layer 3
    TMpeg dont support Layer 3
    Somone nows a software for encoding to Mpeg - VCD ???
    that supports Audio Layer 3...

    audio layer 3 is mp3 not ac3.

    use virtualdub to fix the audio, check this guide
