I have currently have Sonic's DVDit PE, myDVD and Primo DVD.
here are my problems:
DVDit PE wants to reencode the audio to dolby digital. Its fine
with the video but it only has two choices for audio.
MyDVD.... Thats just a joke and we won't go there.
and Primo DVD doesn't do any authoring it just burns disks.

I have been using tmpgenc plus 2.53 to do all of my encoding.
The settings that I'm trying to get to dvd are:
mpeg1 352x240
4:3 525 line ntsc
29.97 fps
1850 kbs
mpeg1 audio layer II
48000 stereo 224kbs

This would give me about 6 hours 30 min on a dvd-r.

Well that is if I could find a program that would do the authoring
without trying to change what I have already done. I've already
spent a little over 13 hours encoding all of it, and I really would
like to keep it on just one dvd.

Any sugestions on a program that I could use or a way around
this problem.

I have been able to test this with a cd-rw already and my
panasonic a110 can play it. Even if it isn't able to play the dvd
version I've reduced the amount of backup disks I currently have.
