Spruceup when I burn it's not all there

I use smartripper to rip my dvd and rename the audio and video files, I open spruce up and inport the file, my movie It says it 1 hour and 43 (this is the length of the movie) minutes. when i' create my chapter links and view the movie the last 10 minutes aren't there, it only shows 1 hour and 30 some minutes. What's up with this?

Make sure that the SpruceUp project is the same format as the source movie (i.e. NTSC or PAL).

If you are using FAT/FAT32 it cannot support files over 4 GB so the end of the movie gets chopped off, either re-encode to make it smaller or use NTFS if you are running NT4/Win2000 or XP as this supports files over 4GB

Unfortunately smartripper says rip complete and you get a 3.9gb file but when you view it the ends missing
