VirtualDub is mainly geared toward processing AVI files, although it can read (not write) MPEG-1 and also handle sets of BMP images.
I'm interesting on the third point > ....also handle sets of BMP images.
Does it mean VirtualDub can put series of images/still image together with AVI....?? If so, how...??? I see no option to put/join BMP other than AVI clip files.![]()

If you have something like Paintshop Pro (meaning the Animation Studio 3 that is bundled with it), you can turn your stills into an AVI, add effects between, fades, etc.
