    how or can I burn some small .vob files like trailers to a cdr and have it work like a dvd?

    I don't wan't to ripp or convert them!

    You cannot put a VOB file onto a CDR and expect it to work like a DVD disk !

    You can burn a small VOB file as a Data disk, and open it in file mode to play, but it wont be a DVD and wont work like a DVD If it did we would not need DVD burners...

    The closes you will get is a SVCD

    go to doom9.org and read their miniDVD guides (coz the ones on this site dont work)

    Go anywhere you want, a VOB file on a CDR is NOT a DVD
