    What program can i use to convert a video file to VCD Format so i can burn a VCD, but that keeps the Widscreen format? I tried using TMPGEnc but it always squeezes the screen to fit so the video looks to tall....

    And HOW do it do it?

    if your planning to watch it on a 4:3 tv, in TMPGEnc select "4:3 display" and either "Full Screen(Keep aspect ratio)" or "Full Screen(Keep aspect ratio 2)".
