I am new to this dvd ripping and burning thing. I ripped and burned two dvds "Payback" and "American Psycho" both seemed to work when you put them in the stand alone dvd player. Thet both just show the fbi warning screens and thats it they don't do anything else. Anyone know what this could be.
This is the method I used I ripped with dvd decryptor. I then opened the video_ts file with ifo edit and made the movie region free, then burned ithe video_ts folder with prassie burning software.

Thanks in advance if anyone could help me.

    Hi There,

You dont need to do that way... its easier...

Download the latest version of DVD Decrypter, put it in ISO Mode, Mode Read, and make an ISO Image of the DVD (less then 4,7gb).
Then use the same programe (DVD Decrypter), but put in ISO Write Mode, and go...

    Has simple has that

I have 3 DVD players: 2 Sampo's and also a Sony. Sometimes a DVD that plays perfectly in Sampo, when I put it in Sony, plays only the Warnings and then the player stops. I always use Get VTS Sectors... There are only 2 explanations: either Get VTS Sectors does not work everytime or the resulting DVD is somehow not compatible with the DVD standard. The fact that it works in Sampo is not conclusive because I noticed that Sampo can access also ISO DVD's (non UDF), maybe because has build in MP3 capability, and the CD-R's I create with MP3's have no UDF file system.

    Hope it helped...
