I have a 30 minute mpeg that I want to do some minor editing such as cutting out sections that the focus is bad and add music backround or narration in some sections. I would also like to ad a title at the beginning. Can you suggest a "simple" program that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I don't expect to do this all the time, so I don't want to spend a lot of time learning the program.

I also want to burn it on VCD.
