Need help on beeing able to play games

Could someone please explain to me how I can be able to play games that are in .bin format

there are a couple of ways you can do this. If you want to burn the game, in my opinion the best way, get cdrwin, or fireburner, load the cue sheet, and burn the game. If you dont want to burn it, or arent able to due to not having a burner, you can get a program called daemon tools, this allows you to have a fake drive that you can mount a bin/cue file to and it will work as a rom would.
