Hey all --
I'm new to the conversion game, but I've had a few successes making vcd's, only I've just hit a stumbling block.
Got Amelie 2 disc divx dvd rip with seperate subtitles... want to Mux these subs with the avi before putting it through TMpgenc to make the vcd. Want the subs burned into the avi, if possible. Tried Submux but with no luck so far, unless I'm doing it all wrong.
Any help would be appreciated.

You can check Truman's tutorial about subtitle encoding.İt has very helpful and detailed information.Subtitle encoding is pretty hard for newbies and you will get some errors when frameserving. But try it again, and ask for more help it will be ok then...
