I'm trying to make a smooth looking SVCD. When I try to convert a 23.976 DVD to a 29.97 SVCD, I get a bit of a stutter, afterimage, kind of jitters when it comes time to compensate for the missing frames. Does anyone know of a good way to convert this so there are no more jitters?
