    hi
    i have a svcd music video i downloaded, its like 4 mins or so long, but it only displays on windvd and wmp that its 56 seconds long, it still plays to the end just fine, but i need to convert the file to NTSC standards to burn as an svcd.
    when i go to do this, TMPGenc only converts it up to the 0:56 mark.
    i tried demuxing and remuxing it with TMPGenc, M2-edit, and MPEG2VCR, but it makes no difference to the file or it messes it up even more.
    does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this??

    Have you tried running it through PVAstrumento?

    You might also want to try frameserving it.

    Neither may help but are worth a try.
