I have made a VCD(VBR) with TMPGEnc, and when i try to play it on my DVD-player, it seems like it runs too fast (like 20% or something) .
When i make a part of a film, with CBR (normal VCD) there is no problem, is it because my player don't play non-standard VCD's or have i done something wrong ???
