Can you confirm the right website to use - vcdhelper is launching a dialler to a preminum rate number and deleting my DUN settings!!! The site looks the same as vcdhelp though!!

Use www.vcdhelp.com or you can also use svcdhelp.com or dvdrhelp.com, all the same site.
I don't own vcdhelper.com so I can't controll it, maybe I could add some script to prevent it to load this site. -

Perhaps the FTC would be interested in the auto-dialer trigger thing, since it could be viewed as an attempt by the sleazy and slimy Mr. DuPont to defraud.
