  1. I had Nero on my system and it caused it to crash so I went to remove it to install Roxio EZ Creator 5.02 Platinum and now it won;t run stable since Nero is partially removed. I used the uninstall utility and then manually removed 2 keys from registry, also deleted the Ahead Nero folder in Windows Explorer, but Ahead Image Drive still "appears" on the control panel and add/remove programs list. Anyone have a remedy?

I have to agree with eazeaz on the reformat and install option. To be honest I would have never tried to install the Roxio software if Nero didn't completely uninstall. The 2 burning programs load completely and totally incompatable drivers. Thats why Nero provides a boot menu for download that allows you to load one or the other, but not both on startup since it will cause a crash. Otherwise your going to be chasing your tail for the next couple of weeks trying to sort out that mess.
