ntsc to pal help me please

ok, ive got a dvd player that is ntsc/pal compatible but my tv isnt its just straight pal.
so my svcds that i play through my dvd player come out black and white, i download them off mirc and was wondering if i can change the ntsc formal to pal and if that would work as all my downloads seem to be in ntsc.
also if it can be done what do i need to know thanks

Just a Thought on your Problem.

Does your TV have a Scart Socket at the Back, if it doe's then i would suggest that you get yourself a scart lead and used that to play your svcd's "(that is if you have'n't done so already)".

Other than that, download the latest version of TPMEGnc and the Plugin for it,

<-------- Also to the left, if you goto the Convert section you'll find all the info in converting NTSC Svcd's to pal SVCD's and vice versa.
