  1. I've tried ffmpeg and I've found that it only load mpeg and avi files. When I try a .mov (mjpega, etc) file it begin to work but it doesn't do anything

I have the same problem with the audio sync. I've tried with mono (movie source was stereo) and the problem disappear

    Quicktime is not supported now.

Are you sure it's the effect of just the mono/stereo change. That seems weird.

  3. If quicktime movies are not supported, what do you want to say in your program with: "input file can be mjpeg, h263..." ?

Do you plan to add quicktime support?

About the audio sync problem: my "solution" using mono don't go well with other movies. Perhaps I do something more that I can not remember.

Congratulations for your program....it is really great.

It is .AVI MJPEG which is different container and also different codec.

Thanks. I'm just packing together some Unix tools which were already available.
