    Can someone tell me if this player plays DVD+R and/or DVD+RW??

    Looks like a great player, but +r(w) is crucial for me....

    Pioneer is garanteed to work with CDR/W, but I'm not sure about own burned DVD's.
    You've got to figure out yourself.

    Pioneer has released a DVD-writer. Check the type of the disks it writes (I think it's only DVD-R and DVD-RW).
    Pioneer is garanteed to play all disks from which it has a market elsewere (like with the computer market) too.
