  2. cdrw media holds less than cdr.... and a bin image is usually the size of a FULL cdr therefore it wont burn onto a cdrw

  4. Asking a stupid question, but did you "blank" the CD-RW's before trying to write to them (just to make sure they were truly blanks)? How about supply us with more info?

try mounting the iso on dameon virtual drive, then do a disk to disk copy. i don't know if this will help, but that's the only way i've been burning iso and bins for a couple of years since i use to have problems with overburns. i even burned spiderman the movie game for the pc on two cdrws using this method.

one note. the reason why dameon is so good at stopping overburns is because the transfer rate from the virtual drive can go much higher than all but the best cdr and dvd drives. so i find that a high action game runs smoother with an iso mounted on dameon then the original cd played through the cd drive. this includes dvd, svcd, vcd and anything else that you can make an image of.

or simply open the iso in IsoBuster / WinIso and extract the files raw to re-author them

If it's an authored vcd/svcd, go to the tools section, look up vcdgear, and you can convert with that to the raw mpeg (i know it will for a cue/bin, but am not totally sure on an iso - check the convert section).

But I do know that Isobuster smartprojects.com (?) or WinIso will easily extract it and break it done for you.

Lastly, you could use Roxio EZ CD Creator (go to file - burn image) or nero can easily burn it out for you.

dameon tools is a virtual drive. let's say you have a harddisk and two cdrom drives. under my computer you will have this- drive c, drive d, drive e,-representing your disk and rom drives. dameon will give you another drive(up to 4) that is called a virtual drive and will represented by a "drive f". this drive let's you mount a disk image(iso, bin, whatever) in a software only enviroment. but to the computer you have a 3rd drive with a cd in. this let's you test out images without first burning them which is especially good for images downloaded off the net. you can also mount images from dvd's because dameon is actually a virtual dvd drive on top of that. then you can do a disk to disk copy just like any other drive combination.
