    best way to burn a AVI movie downloaded off the net to my DVD burner (just bought it) thanks

    well in short (as you didnt supply any details of what type of file you have as source) .. load the avi file in to tmpgenc and load the dvd template and hit go ..

    put the resulting mpeg file into your fav. dvd authoring application and compile and make an image file. (you can things like chapters and menus at this stage if so inclined but not a requirment).


    burn the image file with nero or prassi ...

    Sorry, I thought that stating it was a AVI movie said what the source is, is this not correct? I am new to this. Thanks
