is a question really silly if the person asking the question doesnt know the answer? all of the warez, cracks, hacks, and tweaks out there for all he knew there could have been something that would let him. so please dont belittle soemone for asking a question that you may think is *silly*.
thanks
ps. not to affend -
Well, if you had a video capture card, you could capture the video (once Macrovision was disabled), but the quality coming in would be less than that on the DVD since the best you can get is DVD -> S-Video -> DivX which isn't all that great overall (especially since MPEG-2 and DivX tend to turn analog noise into more noticable block noise).
Slaughtering the competition with amatuer-quality VCD authoring abilities... fear my non-l33t skillz. -
thanks hoola_loop, I know the answer would be easy and I'm an idiot for not knowing, but yeah I thought there was software that would do it no matter what.
