Are you refering to data stored on a DVD disc to a DVD-Recordable disc???
If that's the case then yes and no. DVD-Rs use a DVD5 format which only stores 4.7GB (4.38 to be exact) of data. However the industry had already foreshawdowed this issue so they released a type of disc called DVD9 which many movies are on. These discs are 9.4GB in size so it will be impossible to copy 9.4GB to a DVD-R that's only half the size.
Unless I mis-interpreted, you can elaborate more on what you are trying to do. -
Yes, just use any dvd copier tool like nero. But you can not copy an encrypted dvd movie, www.vcdhelp.com/dvdripping.htm#dvd .
