I just made a vcd that has perfect picture quality, unfortunatley, the video is choppy, and the audio is really messed up. The thing is, the proper aspect ratio of the movie is 2.35:1, and I tried to duplicate that aspect ratio, as a vcd, but it failed. I can't seem to get the finished project to play back on my dvd player, in the same aspect ratio as the source video. I think I'm on the right track, but I need some help fine tuning the finished project. Thanks.

Your DVD player may only play standard VCD disks
Video-CD PAL (MPEG-1 352x288 25fps CBR 1150kbps, Layer-2 44100Hz 224kbps)
Video-CD NTSC (MPEG-1 352x240 29.97fps CBR 1150kbps, Layer-2 44100Hz 224kbps)
Change anything and it may give problems
