What is VCD60 ??

I have a Sampo DVE612 DVD player. When I put a VCD in it a little box pops up and says VCD2.0. When I put a home brewed VCD in that's been encoded with 2-pass VBR the little popup box Says VCD60. Minor point but does anyone know VCD60 means?

I get the same thing with my Bush 2004 on some of my home-made VCDs. These were made with CBR though, not 2-pass VBR.

Maybe just means non-standard bit rate??? But good question - I've been wondering about it for a while...
