This is the problem i have dozens of DVD movies that i would like to put on the internet for other to download, im using DVD2Avi program when the program was putting the DVD movie into my HD i couldn't hear anything when i played the movie, i can see the movie but no sound then i found a file with the sound can anyone tell me how can when im using DVD2Avi to put the sound also together with the movie instead of two diff files.


    Also how come a 10 minute clip comes out to 46Mb is there any program that came make take DVD movies and make then small a 10 minute movie clips can be no more than 20Mb i downloaded Goldmember the first part was 45 minutes and its only 109 MB i was somehting like that. ZPlease help me any help would do thank you.

  2. You have only done half the work. DVD2AVI is primarily a frame server. You need to process the dv2 and wav files through an encoder. See guides on left hand side.

    Example: using virtual dub (or nandub)

    - open .dv2 file as video file
    - choose video compression (divix) and look at options, bitrate etc.
    - choose wav file (the wav made by dv2avi)
    - choose full audio processing
    - choose audio compression (mp3 stereo)
    - run (this makes a divix avi file to share)
