Was having tons of problems transcoding today (see previous posts) and I accidentally picked "Motion Search Estimate" under quality settings in TMPGenc.
Not only did the file finally finish exporting without crashing - but the quality looks just as good if not the same as Highest Quality.
What's the verdict on this - and what does Motion Search Estimate actually do?
