    After reading posts here, I decided to download the ULead Movie Factory. No problem there, but when I tried to install it I received the following:

    The install shield engine (iKernel.exe) could not be launched.
    Error loading type library/dll

    I reinstalled, same thing. I removed the original download and downloaded again, same deal. I made sure my anti virus and fire wall were off, downloaded again - same thing.

    Any ideas?

    The only thing I could suggest is to try downloadig it again. Something must have gone wrong with the file.

    You may need to update your OS, visit Microsoft and look for MSI installer
