  1. I need to edit and burn 2 SVCDs onto 1 DVD, I just need to know how to turn an SVCD MPEG2 file into an AVI. I cannot open it in premiere or my DVD authoring program Impressions. So I just want to put it to AVI and go from there. Any help on this one?

  3. That is the problem. I cannot open up the MPEG2 file in TMPGEnc. It will only run in PowerDVD for me. I can't get it to run in any other program. Would I have to download an MPEG2 codec? I know Premiere supports MPEG2 but it won't load the file.

The Mpeg 2 codec that comes with PowerDVD 4 is just right for TMPGEnc, what version do you have ? Try re-installing PowerDVD 4
